I was told something similar: work as though you are working for the next promotion. That type of attitude made me step out of my comfort zone in order to accept more challenges. I can attest that it does work!

It's not what is cracked up to be at speedway, I have been trying to get management training ,with my back round I'm quite suited,but can't get the training, or if I commit to them for 1 year, now I have been there going on 3 years,i can get the training but have to stay at my current wage of 9.00, but they are hiring people with no experience up to 19.00 per hour. Total discrimination. So don't work at speedway
