Fired for fmla
I worked for Goodman Networks. I was in my position for 12 and a half years. Had health problems the last 3 years and have been on intermittent FMLA. Just before the holidays on November 6th I was terminated . Their excuse was job performance, yet I ranked 610 out of 2500 other employees in the same position. Later I heard another employee heard my name mentioned, and heard I was fired because I took too many Fmla days, and was costing the company too much money. I was illegally fired. Companies like Goodman Networks think they are beyond the law, and look for a way to cut costs at hard working dedicated employees expense. I have a two year old daughter to take care of. I'm 46, and don't know what to do. I installed DirecTV for them for almost 13 years. I had 2 heart attacks, and my back and knees are in terrible shape.

Hey my friend do you really know what you're gonna do now just go take a lawyer that's if you really wanna take the matter up. I am adviceing you not to do that, just move on with life ok I really no it's hard but just move on ok
