By seeing my customers face when there order is correct and that the employee such as myself are treating them with respect and have good customer service skills. working in a clean and safe environment motivated me also my coworkers all getting alone working together to get the job done ....

Holy ignorant bitch. "...when THERE order..." shows she doesn't understand the differences between there, their and they're. "...customers face.." shows she doesn't quite understand possessive nouns (ie customers'). I could go on but so many mistakes in such a short statement shows this bitch doesn't understand English no too good. Lol. At least she's got Leon Spinks grill so she looks like she sounds: ignorant.
