Why don’t facilities or Md offices take Lpn’s serious ???
20 yrs Experience, IV skills , Hospice, long term care,Alzheimer’s and eager to learn more, Cancer and Blood disease ( Oncology)

I have a lot more experience than some RN’s and I’ve done tons of teaching to them because they are book smart but not patient or experiences smart !

Because they can.. I know the feeling..it sucks

It is not always true that MD offices don't hire LPNs - it often depends upon where you are in the country. Traditionally, LPNs are more facility- based. It may be local culture or the perception of the need for greater pay than an M.A. I would research it more carefully in your area. Perhaps an office that provides infusion services, for example. Good Luck!

Unfortunately, in the medical world, LPN are the in between of a registered nurse and a medical assistant. Kept in mind, in the healthcare especially title's matter.
Because they need a subordinate to make themselves feel better. Try listing less of your qualifications and impress them when you get the job. Good luck
