How do I answer difficult questions in the interview

Hello Debra, Some interviews are tougher than others especially of they ask situational questions like "describe a time when....." Ahhh!! I really hate those. Do your research and continue to ask members for specific tips to questions you find are typically asked at the company/position your applying for. I hope you have some interviews lined up... Good Luck!!!!

Hi Debra: I would also say make sure that every answer reflects on a strength or skill you have. If an interviewer asks you what your weaknesses are, answer honestly, but then say that you've worked on improving that weakness, and you now consider it a new strength. Let us know how your interviews go!

show the interviewer you lots of confibencd in yourself

Don't be afraid to ask a follow-up question if you don't understand what's being asked during an interview. Best thing to do is prep as much as you can beforehand then be honest with your responses and don't be too preoccupied with the right answers. Good Luck Debra!
Also - don't be afraid of pauses before answering a question if you need to think about it or it trips you up. An intentional pause is better than stumbling through an answer you haven't entirely thought out. Interviewers don't necessarrily expect you to have an immediate answer to every single thing they ask and I think showing reflection is a positive. Nod as you listen, collect your thoughts, take a breath, and then continue on
