What is wrong with me?
I have been actively searching for 2-months now and have gone on several interviews (some have even been 2nd interviews), but not a single offer has been made. They tell me I'm perfect and exactly what they're looking for but then I never hear from the employer again. Wish they wouldn't say that if they didn't mean it. And if they chose someone else, I wish they would just tell me instead of leaving me to wonder. I realize some people have been looking a lot longer than I have and I sympathize with them but am reaching the point where it's getting harder to believe in myself and that I'll find a job.

When you find out let me know, I'm in the same boat

Trust Me Lisa… there’s absolutely nothing wrong with you and I’m sure employers mean it when they say you’re a good fit but remember there’s always going to be other good fits competing for the same job. Your landing interviews which means your resume is attracting attention so all you need to do is sharpen your interview skills in order to close the deal. Alignment is key! Make sure you’re well read on the company/department needs and highlight how your skills help meet those goals. Be convincing in your argument and use examples of how you championed a specific challenge. Ask for next steps along the hiring process at the end of the interview get a business card or contact information from the interviewer so you can follow-up. Hiring decisions take longer and become harder for highly talented and qualified mid-level career professionals like you. Stay focused and encouraged ;-)
There is something out there for you dnt stop believing that what you really dnt want to start doing. God has a job for you that is gonna be want you need and what you want. So just hold on to your faith it's coming
