Your post lacks more detail...why were/are you not able to push carts? Were you busy performing other job duties? Are you medically withdrawn from pushing carts? There's more to the story behind your termination. Nonetheless, I'm sorry that it happened.

Question? What kind(s) of carts, like at the grocery stores and how many at the same time. Was this requirement in the job description and discussed in the interview. How long did you work there? Just asking because you worked there more than 6 months you may consider checking with the state "Employment Division" of your state, who should have all of this information. Also, names are helpful. Write all the information down that you have or can remember. Job description and stuff like that were you aware of this that's why I asked. Knowledge is power use it correctly for all involved including everyone.
