Bad reference
I was terminated in November for "policy violation"
I commented on a co-workers Facebook post about how messy housekeeper leaves area. Anyway, I e been on four Interviews...All went really great ....But, no call back. I have a feeling my old employer is giving me a bad reference, which is so unfair. I was an excellent worker, always came in when they needed me and went beyond my job expectations.
How can I find out if this is what's going on? I've NEVER blown Interviews in the past. Ever.
Its a bone,one write up u screwed,never list crappy jobs or why u left.just say found better job
Most interviews I have been on or given always include, "tell me a little bit about yourself" or "tell me your worst experience at a job and tell me your best". This would be the best time to admit breaking the policy unknowingly and include 10 years of dedication . Best of luck to you.
Never post anything on social media about where you work and never friend co workers.... Employees will go on your social media just to get to know you.....keep work. Strickly professional, ...think before you friend people and NEVER. talk about work on social media
IT IS AGAINST THE LAW FOR AN EX EMPLOYER TO SLANDER YOUR NAME. THEY CAN ONLY SAY IF YOU DID WORK THERE, AND IF THEYD HIRE YOU BACK. ID HAVE SOMEONE CHK IT OUT, IF SO, YOU HAVE A LAW SUIT. THAT EX EMPLOYER IS KEEPING YOU FROM EARNING YOUR LIVELIHOOD, BEING YOU CANT SURVIVE FINANCIALLY OR OTHERWISE,DUE TO THEIR SLANDER.
And employer can only ask if whether you are up for rehire,they are not to go into details about your work habits, or your personal life.
Don't put your last employer on your future apps.

Do not post anything about your job, co-workers nothing this is not appropriate for social media..we are all entitled to our opinions but some issues are best not discussed...
That fellow employee is a snitch and snitches get stitches
Here in Sc&Nc they have a uncontested law that says a employer can terminate your employment without any provocation. How does a whole State of people allow that to happen? So it's not you it's them . BECAUSE if they admitted to releasing you for what you did in private then your amendment rights to free speech would then be violated.
