Just applied for two jobs online. Took assessment test. When I went back to read jobs I applied for it also said I passed both assessments. Does this give me a better chance on being called for either job ?

Why is it so hard for them to call people for job interviews I took the assesment it said I passed all of them I just want a job where I can fit in and advance in the company all of the jobs I have had I have been a good employee and have spend 5 years or more

Hi Jeff Musser ! I would think so, yes! Usually assessments are a "first step" when it comes to seeing if someone is a qualified candidate. So, great job! Keep an eye out for any follow ups.
