Hi Jack - to apply for BMW in the Greenville/Spartanburg area you need to contact MAU Workforce. BMW does not hire directly. You have to go through MAU and spend at least 2 years at BMW before you are eligible for hiring. I can also tell you they are pretty hard on the temps. You are allowed 2 "points" per year. At the third point, they terminate your employment. Points are accumulated for being late or being out sick. It's also a lot of 12 hour days and working 6-7 days a week before a day off. It's a little better if you get hired. Just wanted to give you a heads up before you apply. I've heard it's a good company to work for, but the jobs are VERY physical, and a lot of people here end up leaving because of back injuries, or get terminated for slight violations.
