Lost my Job because Mesa Police Department called my cororate office and told them my Apt Complex was responsible for all the crime in that area of Mesa.I was just getting ready to transfer to Phx. with larger complex.
Corporate ,Mesa PD and I were all suppose to have a meeting.At the last minute I was left out.My boss came to my office and wanted to pull up a problem tenant that I was evicting but my mouse would not work for nothing..So she never got to look him up.But told me I was not transferring so when the property sold I was unemployed.Made that decision on what PD told them. I emailed the Detective and told him he cost me 5 years of employment.He wrote back saying he had no intention of that happening
So sorry that happened to you Michele. Maybe you will find a better career.
I love the position and the work.The point is my company should of had my back..The police ask for Residents name and social of all Residents and the regional manager told me to give them the info. I knew that was wrong so I called the company Attorney and they said No no no you cannot do that but names and birthdays you can. All my Residents checked ot except the one I gave a second chance of living a straight normal life which he did for over a year .Then his girlfriend left and he went down hill with in months doing legal activity so I was evicting him when this all came down. Sometimes people deserve a second chance.But we were not the cause of all the criminal activity in the streets of Mesa.All the people living on the streets love coming in that area.for some reason.Just because they caught people in my neighborhood it was not my complex.I would love to sue the city of Mesa for costing me my job with lies and threats but cannot afford an attorney but still looking fotr one that will wait for pay .Sueing the city for causing me to loose my job when I helped them catch people they were looking for..The story goes on but you got the just of it.
