What is one important thing I should do during my interview at Target?

@Shannon Sanders just be yourself. Target is well known for its culture of inclusivity and diversity and your best bet for an interview whether video or in person is to be genuine. They're going to ask you questions about your customer service skills, what your expectations are from your leadership and may ask you how you would respond to certain scenarios. A 'guests come first" attitude is what they're looking for. In addition, if there are any scheduling issues that you may have be sure to clarify those as well as the department or departments in which you would like to train and be available to work in. For example you could train as a service advocate at the front Lanes or self check which is more involved or you can cross train for fulfillment or guest services. Prior to your interview be sure to look on the target.com careers website front explanation of what the different positions require. Smile, be confident and genuine.
