They're going to ask you questions about your customer service skills, what your expectations are from your leadership and may ask you how you would respond to certain scenarios. A 'guests come first" attitude is what they're looking for. In addition, if there are any scheduling issues that you may have be sure to clarify those as well as the department or departments in which you would like to train and be available to work in. For example you could train as a service advocate at the front Lanes or self check which is more involved or you can cross train for fulfillment or guest services.
