I had to leave my bus driving job because I was passing out because of the fumes and smells on the bus. I have a BA in Business Mgmt but I've been driving for 30 years. Been job hunting for 4 months and I've had a few interviews but they want to pay me $7- 10. I can't pay any bills for that amount of money. I believe that when they check my age , ethnicity and work experience, they throw my resume in the trash. What is a 60 plus year old to do.
Put those applications in and let God do the rest
Get a workers comp lawyer. Do it asap they work on contingency so no payment only portion of settlement.
If at all possible try and find a DECENT Lawyer, sad to say its been my experience the Lawyers I have dealt with was the worst thing in the History of my life!
I don't know where your located but what about a shuttle bus for a car dealership. Or a short bus. Or a limo driver. They are always in need. Just a suggestion.

If there's an Amazon facility near you, try getting on with them. It's easy to get on, decent pay (they promise $15 an hour minimum) and they've got great health benefits. Because of your degree, I'm sure you could move up quickly. I loved working for Amazon, though the job can be taxing at times. Good luck! :)

You got all that experience why dont you try working for lifty or ober eats driving and delivering food it will help you stay a float. Don't worry about your age just think god that you are still able.
I know time are hard and we get older and some job ,don't want to hire people in some age group. But some money is better than no money. I'm working job between job until I get clear to go back to my nurse job. The person I work for she passed away .in was there for 15 year. So I had to start over to. I was very scare but I trust God .and at time thing didn't look good. But I know the sun had to come out soon. Now I got some phone for interviews thst have time for. I said that to say this with God All Thing Shall work for your Good. Be Bless never give up. God knows.
I have been unemployed for 9 months due to knee injuries and trying to go back to office work instead of cashiering and standing on my feet 9 hours a day. Interviews yes, but no job offers. Have left it in the Lord's hands the whole time, where is He?
