Nice rewards after 5 years of employment, especially if you; show up EVERY day, ON TIME; give 110% 120% of the time - first one in, last one to leave; always focus on the missions and goals of the company; answer all burglar alarm calls whether it's 3 am or 5 minutes after you arrived at home; be an all around team player with no write-ups or disciplinary action. I did and was rewarded with a letter which stated that due to inadequacies I was being terminated with no warning, no notice, and with a family that depended on the financial support and the medical benefits. If family is not important to you, and if you have 5 years to just throw away, by all means, this is the job for you.
