Hi Melissa, Welcome to Jobcase! Have you tried talking to your boss about management positions where you currently work? That could be a great option to get you started in that area. If you aren't interested in continuing there, you can get a job search started here on Jobcase using these steps: 1.Double click on the “Jobs” tab at the top of the page 2.Enter a job into the search field that says “Position” 3.Click on the blue button to search for that position in your area 4.Once the list is up, click on the title of any you are interested in to apply.
