I’m a Nurse, that was in Home Care administration, I took off 15 years to raise my kids and deal with some health issues, I’ve come back to work for a small home Care Agency, that I’m rebuilding, I’m in total disbelief how things have changed. The stories Ive heard about the way Caregivers are treated and the ridiculous way agencies are taking advantage of clients. I’m curious if this is the new normal. I’m in the Pacific Northwest originally from California , so I’m also not sure if maybe things are that different state to state.
