Great News Sara! Question... did you receive and submit Customer Service Assessment email from UPS Human Resources? If your application makes it passed the auto selection step then your moved onto the assessment. If you pass the assessment then your called in for an interview. Best bet is to follow-up with the store manager if you don't get a auto-email response within 3 days.
