I recently went on a few interviews, unfortunately I was not offered the positions. The problem is, though I have experience in the particular field, I have not worked within a hospital environment for sometime, I work in a private practice and have for, eight years, Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery. Its very frustrating to be told I have all the qualifications but not the experience. I have worked in hospital clinics before but its been some time. Any suggestions on how I can get past this
