What should i do

I called my employer to let him know he shorted me on my check twice and he said he didnt kno why it was short ..i told him how many hours I worked ..he kept sayn stop yelling but I wasn't...my phn died and he sent a text sayn I hung up in his face and he was removing employment.....how should I handle it ..it was so unprofessional

Thanks y'all for ur help..well he called me back in to wrk ..i went back but I will not allow him to play with my coins ..and we hv an agreement..and he will gv no way is owed in my check on my pay day..im jus glad to be back working..we talked he heard me out and I listened to him ..

Call the Dept. Of Wages and Means and report his business and him . They will rain down on him like a huurricane.

I know that seeing your check short may have created a financial hardship for you, however when you called him perhaps it wasn't a good time to talk. I suggest you go in person and speak to your boss and see if you can iron out this misunderstanding.

Nothing u really can do. Obvsly he didn't want you as an employee anymore. otherwise he'd have no issue n tell you they'll fix the error. But you started yelling or getting all upset otp w him which you didn't have to do. I think you handled the situation all wrong and instead of being so irate ur the one who was unprofessional. Thats my opinion.I'm not going to listen to someone get all crazy over the phone bout a payroll error I'm going to say to you this can be addressed tomorrow first thing when you come to work. So that's to bad maybe next time you will have control n not be so unprofessional.
