Hello job case community my name is Noah for some odd reason despite the amount of field experience I have the fact that I'm 19 years of age seems to be an issue. I mean I have experience with everything from food industry ground floor and up to construction commercially and industrial. Not many people can say that at 19 years old but yet all they see is my age, and all I get back is "We will give you a call." why?
