I start out with basic concerns like, "will the job allow me to maintain my standard of living?" Then I look at how the role fits into my career progression and what my career path would be--from that position and with that company.

2 major things come to mind - 1.) Is the company culture positive and results driven? 2.) Does the role have the opportunity to drive results and change?
