I love working for parks@ rec because I used to be on a swimming team and Junior guards of beaches and harbor.out of high school I was able to take the lifeguard exam. So I was a life guard from 1999-2007. I liked to preform duties as a swimming instructor, I liked the tower as well since I was able to to watch the swimmers at the pool.

I would rescue drowning swimmers.

I have rescued some swimmers and felt pride and joy that I have done the best I could and it was enough. I liked the feeling the community gave me of knowing they felt safe.

the experience of the working environment was friendly and felt secure. I had to resigned and say good bye in 2007 over family issues that needed my attention, but would like to return to my tower.
