Hello everyone, I'm new here. its been more than three years for me here in CA. I wonder how to convince the employers and recruiters to get a job. Although I tried many times to match my resume with the jobs I applied, I didn't get any chance. If somebody here could assist me to find any Arabic interpreter job, Dental assistant, or any job in the health setting that I could work as customer service. I will be so appreciate for that.

I second Alyssa's advice! Following up is key to getting that one-on-one time you need with hiring managers. Also, how effective are your cover letters? Are they basic recaps of your resume, or are you telling your employer something different about you? Cover letters can still be a big draw for employers, so use them effectively!
When you're ready to start your job search on Jobcase, here's what to do:
- Double-click the Jobs button at the top of this page
- Enter the type of job role you're looking for
- Click the blue search button If you see something that looks interesting, just click View Job and follow the instructions to apply. Let us know how it works out for you!

Great! I did a quick search in that area for dental assistant jobs. Click here to see what I found. You can also search for other jobs you are interested in by using these steps: 1.Double click on the “Jobs” tab at the top of the page 2.Enter a job into the search field that says “Position” 3.Click on the blue button to search for that position in your area 4.Once the list is up, click on the title of any you are interested in to apply. Let me know if you need anymore help!

Hi Hasanain, Where in CA are you looking for a job? Make sure to add your location to your profile so we can all help you with your search! Also, make sure you are following up with your applications. Give the manager a call 1-2 days after submitting it to make sure you application was received and if they may need anything else. Then give them another call 1 week later to see if you are being considered for the job.
Hi Hasanain - How is your job search going?
