Over the judgmental employers
So tires of employers being so judgmental over background checks that's happened over to many years ago u no people do change for the better and want to work hard and do the best they can but they'd rather take someone who is not a dedicated individual that wants to show and prove there self and just make a living for there family and do the best they can so tired of it what happened to the older days where u went somewhere and was just given an opportunity to show ur work ethic and ur dedication
Keep trying! Someone will notice! Continue a calm demeanor at ALL times, because some are just waiting for you to become; a volcano and ERUPT just so they can say see? You haven't changed! Pray and make God your best friend!
I don't know if you have a U-Haul repair shop in your vicinity, but they hire mechanics with your qualifications.
Tommy, believe me I understand your frustration. My son's been trying to get his work life back together over a mistake he made as a minor more than 10 years ago. It’s the system! Employers no not like to take any risks during the hiring process out of concerns for their employees, customers, and general well being of the business. Bigger companies have set policies and procedures that hiring agents need to adhere to. In summary, it’s not worth getting held back or frustrated over things you can’t control. Focus on jobs with lenient or more relaxed new applicant screening and get your foot in the door first. In time you’ll be able to reestablish a solid work history that will eventually carry you onto better more fruitful job opportunities.
Well that is a tough break but alas that is how society is today. A mistake can be just that however people see it differently.
