I have been working for awhile in the bay area in the warehouse and wanted to pass this on. You need to........ 1 like people cuz there are a LOT of them and you gotta get along with people. 2 work smart and keep track of your time. 3 give up your phone. They won’t let you take it in. I don't blame em ppl get distracted. 4 Work hard. I DON'T get why people don’t understand that warehouse work is HARD....hell any job is hard work. 5 Get good shoes and take care of your feet, you only got two. 6 Bring a cold bagged lunch, there are only a few microwaves and a ton of us. I have enjoyed it here and have good benefits and pay but yeah you work so don't expect any different. No room for complainers at Amazon. Do your work and get paid...simple.
