
Communication issues within
So I work for a company that has poor communication skills...i am a part time sales leader and we should be working no less that 20 hours..this week I got 15...anyway that's not the point...pount is...i asked to switch today with an opener so I could open I have family coming in from kansas...she said no because the new girl is training to learn the transfer codes we have...i was like oh well that would be a learning experience for the two of.us because I had no idea we got a new transfer system!!!anyway i got.denied the switch...here my thing...if I have two managers in the morning and one at night first assistAnt manager works 930 to 530 second shift works from 130 to 930...how many hours does it to train for transfer system...they would have had 4 hours of I could have switched with the new girl from her 9-2 to my 130-930
