Hi- I am a Design/drafter who has been unemployed since August of 2016... I’m 56 years old and have been in this field for 33 years. I have applied to hundreds of positions, had some interviews but there is always that ONE area that I did not have quite enough experience with or knowledge of....whichever.. I’ve also been applying to data entry jobs, retail stores, warehouse jobs....I don’t get it... Could my age be a factor at all?? A few interviews I thought went very well, but, not so much.... I guess I’m just looking for some advice?...maybe there’s something I just haven’t done right, or at all?....I don’t know...
