Ignore the recruiter (me) and tell the manager you report to at Amazon that you want to go "direct" and permanent with them. Ask them how that works. The recruiter makes money off you every hour you work- they may not give you the most accurate advice you know?

You might want to talk to your recruiter at the temp agency to see what might be possible for you. They might be able to bring you on full time.
