I kept my self motivated by understanding how Goodwill having so many programs that helps so many disabled people trained to find jobs in the work place and helped with continued education at no cost to them.

I have worked with them for four years and really hate to leave. However, I had an accident last February which resulted with a fractured hip and nerve damage in my left arm. I'm unable to stand for four hours a day. I need a sit down job.
