How can I show interviewers I'm ready for a painter job?

My advice, first, show up to your interview in painters whites. Secondly, have brushes, hand tools, rollers, and any other necessities for a painter ready to go. Buy good brushes. Cheap brushes will not last. My go to brushes are Purdy brushes sold at Sherwin Williams. They will last for years if you take care of them. Also, make sure you have a good 5 in 1 tool. First is say I'd u have an interview make sure u know tour way around rhe tools or the trade then be detail oriented when it xomes to work u have completed. Talk about Sq. footage xubic ft yards vaulted ceilings and equipment it takes or rook ro get rhe job done.Time mgmt is essential

Hello, I would post it on job sites and Facebook or Craigslist. Even ur local hardware stores.
