Before Monday I was a assistant manager for this company. I use to step in and help the general manager when she needed me, because I was her assistant. So I started having problems with this particular employee I use to always send her home because she wouldn't listen.. so I had to cover the shift so i borrow an employee (which happen to be my boyfriend that I've known way before Taco Bell ) from another store and he'll come and my shift would run fine, Like he was an employee and I was his boss, Mind you I've never been in trouble with this company but the employee had gotten fired for what ever reason and hired back at our location had an altercation with another assistant manager and myself and still haven't been fired because we haven't write it up when it's clearly on tape ... and yes sometimes I forget to write it because 9times out of 10 I'm on the line or in position because we're short handed. So I put in a 2 weeks notice because I talked to my gm boss and my boss and nothings been resolved and she cut my hours to 40 hours when it's mandatory assistant get at least 40hours a week with 10 overtime but this employee still has 40 hours after she disrespected everyone with mangers included. There's so much more.
