The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service, sales, and relationship building skills to help support the organization’s community values and customer focus.

Requirements:

One year customer service experience in a financial institution Excellent English verbal and written skills Knowledge of member-focused financial institution procedures, services, and programs Knowledge of related regulations Excellent member service and sales skills Ability to work independently and as a team member while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem-solving Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Ability to concentrate and consistently produce accurate work

Duties:

Providing loan and account services to members including opening accounts Accepting loan applications Conducting loan closings with members Error-free account resolution Cross-selling products and services to meet the member’s financial needs Performing teller duties including processing new accounts by accepting deposits, issuing receipts, preparing relevant documents, and entering information into computer system
