I was in a accident when i as younger and that's how that happened. I am looking for a server jobs. I am 18 years old and I am looking for something that I will be able to interact with new people everyday. I just need to find out if this will be a disability that could cause me not to get hired at the position i am looking for.

An employer is required to make reasonable accomodations for disabilities. Additionally, if you are qualified as partially or fully disabled, there may be tax break incentives for them to hire you. (Not sure if that is still a credit).
If you can physically do a job there is no reason you shouldn't get hired.

Yes, you can get a job. In fact, businesses are required by law to not discriminate against anyone because they have a disability. Do not give up on your pursuit of a job and career. My brother suffered a loss of one of his eyes when he was protecting his younger brothers in an assault that caused him to be stabbed in one of his eyes. Although he lost one of his eyes, he went on to become a really great coach, win a lot of trophies. He, also, married, had two wonderful sons, and has a good work history. He does it all like he has two eyes, so much, that I see my brother as he was before he loss his eye. So, do not be afraid to let people know that you are just as capable as anyone else for the job. You may have problems, but everyone else has problems, too.
