I keep applying for full time jobs and don’t get anywhere. Even when it seems like the interview went well, I don’t get a call back. I know my current employer likes the job I do and wants to keep me there but it is (to me) a dead end job and I need full time. I can’t say with any certainty that they are saying anything negative about me but I just get that impression. What can I do to see what is going on without accusing someone of doing this. I really want to know though if they are doing this.
