Suspended work license

My question is I am in Az, I recently found out my Insurance Adjusters License has been suspended. I was on maternity leave acomplaint was filed by a customer and my company never took care of it. I received a new job offer and they were doing my back ground check and found it was suspended. I am now in jeopardy of loosing this job offer and I have been working for 3 months on a suspended license. Do I have any recourse with my current company...can I sue? I am very upset by this.

The USA is a at will nation. the company does not have to be, by default all are.

You might have a chance if can get the company to either take off the suspension or retake an exam. You can reach other to the previous company you work for about it. Also find out if they are a "at will" company because if they are then it's more harder to sue.
