What are your thoughts on this?
If someone has 15 years experience in corporate business, very good references, but raised a son and has an associates degree & is 4 courses short of their Bach of Science degree, do you believe they should mention this in a cover letter to be proactive about it, or wait to be asked about it? Thx all ;)

I do think you should mention your experience in corporate business, but not the amount of years. You can possible mention the semester you have left from obtaining you bachelor as way showing you are constantly learning.
