Estate Property Manager And Personal Assistant

Estate Manager

Hi Jobcasers; i have a question to pose to our group. I have been interviewing for a role in my field with a couple of families who are in need of an Estate Manager. with the process moving along in a positive way, I have not been asked by The HM or The EA if I am interviewing for any other similar positions. I don't want to divulge to either party that I am in the possibility that I will not be considered any longer by either party. With the prospect that I get an offer from both families, I don't wish any negative feelings since there may be the thought that I wasn't forthcoming. Should I let them know that I am also interested in a similar role elsewhere? These are UHNWI, and I don't want to burn bridges. Thanks for your responses!

That's a really interesting question Ron!! I think if they aren't asking you don't need to let them know. Most people are usually interviewing for multiple jobs when they're job searching anyway because you can't be certain you'll get one or not.
