To read your story is heart breaking it touches my heart. But most of all i am going to say this i am a christian and i know that you may not understand what i am saying but i am giving you to someone who can help your situation right now. first of all the doctors aren't god reguardless of what they see through your test. But i serve a god that is able to hear and and answer prayer but there's one thing do you have faith and do your believe. These are the first steps of reaching to get answer you need to pray go to god with and honest heart he will no wise turn you away he standing there with opens arms. and from what i see the doctors have done and said all they can do and say but god nevers gives up jesus was on stand by waiting for you to come to him. you must have faith and know that god is going to do what he said only god have life and death in his hands and the only thing a doctor can do is give up on you and when the doctor give up that's when god will step right on in. and i truly do admire you for being the man that you are taking care of your children and in these days and times there aren't to many men who would step up to the plate. I see and understand that you are all that your children have. and i know deep within my heart that god isn't going to let anything happen to you right now. and what you need to do is to start praying go to god and began to tell him everything and trust me without a shadow of a dout god has this in control. and my faith is so strong right now i am believing for you god will turn this situation around god can clear up your lungs and make them brand new thats the type of god i serve he's powerfull and he can do all things and you just keep doing what you need to do trust me it is going to work out in your favor. and i wish you the best.

Definitely prepare a Last Will and Testament. Do you have adult relatives? An ex-wife? You may want to extend to them a Limited Power of Attorney. This will allow them to take charge if you lose consciousness or end in a coma. There are community organizations that can help you find legal assistance. Also, were any of your past employers unionized? You could check for assistance from them as well.

Try go fund me page I'm sure you can some quick help there it's the fastest way. I don't have anything right now I just started a new job if I could help I would brother I'll pray though that's all I can think of.

Gm Daniel, You sound like a decent human being and a caring father. Turn your situation to God; all things are possible with Him. I will also have you in prayers. Reach out to legal Aid society if you are in NYC; if not seek free legal assistance online. Primarily, you need to take care of your mental health to reduce anxieties and depressive symptoms so that you can make sound decision for you and children. Have faith that God will help you through this; He will not forsake you; He is our healer and you are His child. I know times like this is hard to find the strength; but God will give you the necessary strengths to overcome this hurdle that you are going through. Talk to professional like a therapist so that you can be guided to the right path in resolving your social and emotional piece. You didn't mention support system, if have any, reachout to them when you need a break; use them wisely. Stay strong and focus, don't give up; your kids are your strengths; cherish and spend valuable time with them.

You need to see a doctor soon. You need a solid medical diagnosis before you can file for workers comp. An attorney can help you file your workers comp claim. You may need an attorney to help you with supplemental social Security for disabled individuals. If the doctor has determined that you are totally and permanently disabled, you may be eligible for supplemental social security benefits. An attorney can help you navigate this process. A will is critical to protect your kids and your estate. The same attorney will probably ask you this and recommend that you put your affairs in order.

Hi Daniel, Again, I want to say you have to keep the faith, when recovering from anything, the individuals mind set has a lot to do with their recovery. You need to be strong for you and your children! I know at times it is difficult but it is something that needs to be done for your own sake. Let me give you an example, and this hits especially close to home. Before there was a cure for Hep C, my step son contracted it. He ended up with all kinds of complications because he just gave up, life for him was just a big party. The doctors told him to stop and he wouldn't he just gave up. He passed about 7 years ago, if he had listened and had hope, and listened to his doctors he would of been alive for the cure. There are other examples I could give also, but I think you get the point. God Bless and best wishes.

Trust God, if you believe. God is your only source, don't speak early death over your life, speak life over your circumstances and that you will live to see your kids up until they're grown and have there own kids. What lawyers are you seeking and is not responding to your problem, this is serious and you have a case that can take care of you the rest of your life. You have two beautiful children don't give up. I pray that there is a family or friend that can help you with finding the right lawyer for you and you can get justice. This is really serious. Good luck Daniel!!!!!!

Uranium has nothing to do with the disease known as Valley Fever.
Valley Fever is spread through inhaling fungi spores of it which floats on dust in the air. I grew up in Phoenix Arizona, where they say if you’ve lived there more than five years, (I lived there for 31 years), most people there have been exposed to it or have contracted it at one time or another. I had it a couple of times at least. (It was like a mild cold. Mostly sinus & congestion symptoms.)
If it were really as deadly as you fear, don’t you think that it would be a huge news story nationally, with a massive epidemic killing hundreds of thousands of people in a city of 2-to-4 MILLION people by now??
Most of the time, to most people, it’s only like a mild cold. Only a very few get extremely sick from it.
You should somehow go see a doctor. You probably were exposed to it from fungi spores stirred up from dust or the ground, in a dust storm. It is a common disease where cotton fields are grown.
Fungi spores get dug up from the ground when the fields are plowed, & then puts dust particles into the air.
It will probably be close to impossible to figure out where or how you contracted it, (just living in NM or AZ in general will expose you to it!), and it may be even more impossible to figure out WHO might be responsible financially, IF ANYBODY is?!?!
I doubt if anybody else really actually IS responsible for it, whom you could sue. Really hard to prove in court that it was SOLELY THEIR fault, through their negligence.
Just go to the doctor and get treated for it, & try to get healthy (& don’t smoke or “vape”!) Don’t worry about it, it’s (Valley Fever) is not necessarily a death sentence. However, smoking IS!!
Enjoy your family, & friends now, but plan for the future as if you WILL live a long time, because chances are, that you WILL live!!
Hi im pilipino take care your self coz your kids need you god bless you alll
