In the recent month I was dismissed from my position they stated it was a job elimination. But 2 weeks prior I filed a harrassment/bullying complaint against my supervisor. When I came into company I changed and implemented new processes then they hired this supervisor with the mentality woman are not capable and mind you I have 18+ years as a manager in transportation. I not only feel I was discriminated against, but the company never followed thru with complaint. Advise please.
