Wonderful question Kimberly! One thing that will really help is preparation leading up to the interview. Make sure you do research about the company so you know what they do. Then while you are there, take some deep breaths and give yourself time to answer the questions. No need to hurry through everything. Also, try thinking about it as you are interviewing them!
