Apprenticeships?
I hear about how the trade industries are short people all the time. I don't have a college degree or too much job experience. How do I get started? I'm located in NYC but I'm willing to go anywhere that will hire me. Any advice is appreciated.

hey Jamie you can start you search here - http://www.dol.gov/apprenticeship/, there's lots of good info and links to search for programs in your area. Some companies will train you as a new hire. It's tough at first but if you end up liking it then go for state licensing.
