Several years back, Nike made a commercial with Michael Jordan. Nothing special, but the words are very powerful. And the message is really true. I've shared this video with kids I've coached and with my own kids. Here's what it said: ""I've missed over 9,000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times I've been trusted to take the game-winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.""
