I'm tired of racism!
I am so tired of racism. Everybody is now complaining about they didn't get the job because they're black they're not getting paid enough, because their black, they didn't get the promotion, because they're black. This is b*******! Doesn't everyone get sick and tired of reading something and it has to do with race. I got an argument the other day with a Somalian tell me I don't know how it feels to be in his shoes. Why people do that white people do that white people do this what you will do that. I am so sick and tired of blacks blaming whites and whites blaming blacks for everything just stop. It is 2017 everybody needs to grow up and quit this Prejudice it. Because no matter what being prejudiced is not going to get the job you wanted or the promotion you wanted or the salary you deserve. You may not even deserve it but I have nothing to do with your skin color. Somebody else might be better than you have more experience that's why they're getting paid more the promotion they deserve because they fought for it. Everybody needs to grow up and leave this racism s*** alone. We are all grown adults we all have something to live for so live it being racist isn't going to make a difference in anybody's life it's just going to make it hell. I do what I have to to survive if I want a job I'm going to fight for whatever job that I'm qualified for or going to school and better myself but either way it goes I'm going to get that job because of me not because of my color or because I'm a female.

You should have been me. I was the only white person in the kitchen and they did discriminate against me

They r discriminated against because I do hear it from time to time but now they r not the target guys it's the Spanish now and they r being targeted like the African American Culture was in the beginning everybody needs to help one another we r all here for the same reason for the most part u know what I mean

Hey Kendra, I can appreciate your argument and commend your will to take ownership of your life experiences and pro-actively propel yourself to fulfill your dreams but there is an unfortunate biased reality that exist within our society. Some people are better equipped physically, mentally, and psychologically to endure and persevere but others are not. The foundation of our society is democracy and freedom of expression where people who fell offended or abused can vice their opinion without fear of personal retaliation. We need to remember that no matter how frustrating their arguments may be. Yes, it is important not to make excuses but everyone is not prepared to do that just yet. We need to provide a little more patience, tolerance, and support.
Yes we r all adults but you forgot not all us act as such! A white man spat at my truck( I'm female) as I drove my daughters to school ( back then they were 14 and under). Because I was black? Could've been. Because I was a woman? Could've been... Wowser...because my daughters were in the car and I didn't allow anyone to disrespect them I wanted to get out ofy car and whoop his you know what! I become the hulk for my girls!
