There are many Customer Service positions available in the area. It really depends on what industry you would like to work in. Across the board if you have a good phone manner and a good mastery of technology (computers, Microsoft Office) there is probably a good fit for you somewhere in the area.

If you can think of an industry you would like to work in to do Customer Service, that would help to narrow your job search - if your enthusiasm for that industry shines through, that is always positive.

Also try to learn as much as you can about a company you would like to work for before applying. Interviewers often appreciate that you have done some research/are familiar with their company and their services in preparation for the interview.
