Julio, if your dream is to become a pilot, then just do it. Don't waste your time being a flight attendant. This is how people get stuck and their dream ends up just being a dream. There is absolutely no reason, you shouldn't start being a pilot right now. They have school loans for just about everything now.
I had the same "dream job" aspirations too, to work for an airline company or a travel agency. In the late 70's to early 80's. Mostly, they were either laying off or closing down.
Hi Julio Graterol - if you want to become a pilot, the way to do it is not to become a flight attendant! You're going to want to go to flight school and learn how to fly planes. Airlines hire commercial pilots from the military and from people who have thousands of hours of flight time, so it's important you spend your time on the right path!
