I've worked for Marriott Vacations as a senior telecom analyst.I became I'll and was out for over a year. When I was ready to come back to work I was told that my job description had changed and there were thing I knew nothing about. So I was basically forced out of my position. Now I'm an older man that had senior level position. Job searching has been difficult. What are your thoughts?
