I'm working at a temp job were the owner of the company referred to an African American woman that helped her as Ancha Momma. She went on a business trip and the African American woman helped her with her badge that didn t work. So while she tells the story each time she looks at me while saying anc ha Momma. I didn't react I was shocked . She too old not to know better and no one looks like that. I am 1 of two blacks that work for her.
