Applied for MEM position.
I interviewed for Pepsi on April 4, 2017. I unfortunately did not get the position and was wondering when I can re-apply? I see the position is open again and would like to try again. Thanks for your help.

If the position is open again, I suggest contacting the person you interview with to see if the position is really available and reiterate your interest.
