Frustrated with my current company. In ll aspects of our company corporate only ever talks to anyone if we are doing something wrong or not well. There is absolutely no employee appreciation and it is so sad to me. I have had more customer appreciation working at a mall when I was younger than what I receive now. It makes going to work everyday feel depressing with how they treat us.
Ready to go! Lord I'm so ready.
Hello Matthew, and it's not just your job. These companies sit behind their desk make decisions on our lives as If we have no families to feed. They hire you for one position in which you get compensated barely for that, later on the job without extra pay or any raises decide you do other tasks not in the job description nor spoke about in an interview. Recognition on the job is starting to be lack of and unworthy to go. As we all know, teachers are the lowest paid in America and do the greatest work possible to change lives everyday. All you will get is a staff lunch for every other celebration, and we bring most of that too! I feel your concern sir and believe me, now I rather stay in my bed than go deal with anyone at the school. The children have nothing do with my feelings of mismanagement or feeling not appreciated!!!! I love working with children and their families. I don't feel like the government cares anymore, and haven't for many years. Now, they want us invest more in our own retirement. I'm definitely looking to brighten my horizons for 2017. I have more than one talent and I do plan to use them for the better. Time to be not only appreciated, but treated with humanity and the work ethics I bring to the table. It takes a team effort to make money. We just not getting our portion of the efforts we put in daily, yearly and years and more years for a lot of us. Now, this is frustration! Plus some! Thank you for sharing your story. This is my current work issue. Teaching this long and can't bring home a decent salary.
When no one speaks to you that means things are going right why do you need validation every day quit crying and suck it up I'll go back to the mall you should be grateful you even have a job
