My most stressful job and times was when I worked at the McDonald's Hotel in Oakbrook Terrace. Their staff would always wait until 10-11pm to bring the queens/hot boxes down. Then we'd have at least 10-12 queens and the same with the hotboxes. They only did so to get OT. I was only there till 12:30am and they would "demand " that I stay till 430-500am. That wasn't fair to me or the outside contractor that that was to have the entire kitchen clean by 400am.
